All purchases are subject to the terms outlined in the #server-store channel in our discord.
All purchases are final, and refunds are not issued if you leave, are banned, or for any other reason. If you wish to dispute a purchase or need support with a purchase please create a ticket in our discord.
If you have any concerns or queries about a package please create a ticket in our discord before purchasing. Please note all purchases are protected by Tebex Seller Protection and unreasonable chargeback attempts without cause will result in your account being permanently banned from all Synergy RP services.
All non-VIP Ticket purchases (such as business purchases) are subject to approval by the Synergy RP owner team, and please create a ticket before purchasing these. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made without creating a ticket and confirming prior to purchase.
